Future Palette

The last exhibition of the Colour + Chemistry series showcasing the work created by the three Colour + Chemistry bursary winners who have been working with scientist-mentors from universities and industry. Balint Bolygo has been working with 'smart' wire Nitinol to create a kinetic sculpture, Stig Evans has been using a spectrophotometer, which registers and collects data about colour values not visible to the human eye, to create 'hidden' portraits and Daro Montag will be setting up a 'soil work' laboratory where a number of methods will be applied to generate images that visually represent the various properties of different soils.
