Sherborne is, without doubt, one of the most beautiful towns in England. With its abundance of medieval buildings, superb Abbey, world famous Schools, picturesque Almshouse and two Castles, Sherborne has much to offer visitors. Ideally located on the Dorset and Somerset border it has excellent transport links enabling the town to flourish.

By Train
There is a regular train service from London Waterloo. Trains run approximately every hour and take 2 hours to reach Sherborne. Sherborne House is 15 minutes walk from the station. Alternatively, taxis are available at the station.

By Car
From London take the M3 and then the A303. Take the run off at Wincanton marked Sherborne. Follow signs to Sherborne. At the first traffic lights in Sherborne (at the bottom of the hill) turn right. Almost immediately left and then left again. This will have brought you into Newland. Sherborne House is on your left.

Sherborne House is on Newland next to the Council Offices and almost opposite the Somerfield supermarket. There is only very limited parking on site but ample car parks right next door and opposite.
