My work has often been rooted in the wilderness areas of Wester Ross where spacial tensions can be felt most powerfully, with relationships between 'near' and 'far' becoming blurred both physically and metaphorically. By fusing observed and physically felt experience I seek to tease out the edges of the unknown.
