FULL SPECTRUM - Open Exhibition
22 July - 20 August 2006

Jenni Cadman
From a distance my work appears as abstract paintings, but are, on closer inspection, a layering of fabrics and threads. I am intrigued by illusion, of recreating the painted or drawn mark, but also of creating surface effects. 'Salvage' is composed of silks that 'shift' between colours when viewed from different angles.
