FULL SPECTRUM - Open Exhibition
22 July - 20 August 2006

Chris Dunseath
This sculpture is from a series that is concerned with aspects of colour and light. It is made by casting pigmented Jesmonite over Alabaster and then cutting back the surface to reveal the internal structure. It involves both control and chance, producing unexpected combinations of translucency, colour and form. Some of this series is in The Met Office Collection.
